Chatham Grammar School for Girls (CGSG) is a grammar school with academy status in Medway, Kent. It was founded in 1907 and has an excellent GCSE and A-Level results record, especially in English. [1]

Chatham Grammar School for Girls In-Year Entry (12 Plus & 13 Plus) Admissions Information

 

Chatham Grammar School for Girls standard point of entry is 11 Plus. However, the school also accepts applications from pupils interested in In-Year (Late) Entry. To assess pupils for late transfer, Chatham Grammar administers the CAT4 online test.

 

The Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4) covers four subject areas, each of them evaluating pupils’ Reasoning skills though standardised assessments. 

 

If there are more applications than there are places available, your daughter will be placed on a waiting list. Under these circumstances, her position on the waiting list will be determined in accordance with the school’s oversubscription criteria.

  • The Spatial Reasoning section assesses your child’s ability to identify shapes and how they change.
